Team and individual results are best four from five . Individual results on a straight points for position basis but team is more like our summer series with a maximum 21 for first team and then 20 , 19 and so on .
Individuals are only highlighted where all three races completed . We have other runners challenging , but no more races can afford to be missed .

In the male vets categories , we are the only team with a straight 21 points from each event and thus lead . We only beat Trafford by the finest of margins at the last event so no complacency !

We have a spectacular opportunity to break the monopoly of the ‘big boys’ in the mens event.Similarly the ladies not only a podium finish we hope in the vets , but a stunning first season overall.
Many cant afford as individuals to miss any more events and your team needs you !
All to play for . No better way of demonstrating that every person who has turned out season to date and that is now 31 , have all made a telling contribution .
