Trevor has been finding out about entry for the Summer Series Morecambe Bay race (Sunday 2nd July), and reports as follows:-
I have spoken to one of the organisers via the phone no. on the ukresults website. There are only 50 places left, and entries will not be accepted on the day. They will send me several entry forms, which I hope to bring in next week, if any one would like one. Entries will close next week. The course will be an accurately-measured Half Marathon.
Meanwhile – it seems that the race IS on the Runners World website after all, cunningly disguised as the ‘Cancer Care Cross-Bay Challenge’. There is no on-line facility, but you can use the RW ‘universal’ entry form – download here .
