Training Day -16 October

Cheshire Road Race Grand Prix
Wilmslow Running Club was strongly represented amongst the prize-winners in this season's Cheshire RR Grand Prix, both for the team and individual awards. The presentation was made after the Sutton 10k (report of which will appear shortly!). Well done everyone who participated.
