Peter Speake.
Pete is all but over the injury, back on steady runs and hoping to return to training at the club shortly.
Nick Jackson.
The acute adductor tear has nearly cleared up now. During the long layoff Nick has become an advocate of Pilates, plyometrics and general core strengthening. He is back to gentle running and once his fitness levels have improved he will be back at the club.
Zoe Eyre.
Another long term injured, Zoe is still having physio treatment. She has started running tentatively but still not pain free.
Brian McCoubrey.
When they talk about the luck of the Irish they overlooked Brian. Plantar fasciitis in both feet! One is now cleared, the other still “temperamental”. He is planning to try a slow run in a couple of weeks.
Peter Bream.
What he thought was a muscle spasm has turned out to be a slipped disc. There is gradual improvement but running is out for a few weeks.
Chris Cannon.
He is proposing to test the leg with a park run tomorrow and if that goes pain free he will be back on the track on Tuesday.
Lots of nasty injuries there, good luck with your recoveries
