For a change, it was a beautiful sunny morning and perfect running temperature for this very scenic trail race ……. without a hint of snow !
Young Will improved on his time and position from last year, but I didn’t (hamstring).
Without WRC present in number, the red and white vests of StokeFit were much in evidence spread throughout the field of 200-odd runners.
Again, efficiently organised by Biddulph RC for a low key race. With a good atmosphere and banter, hot soup and cake – what’s not to like.
