I don't usually bother reporting the Bramhall results on here because everyone knows where they are http://www.parkrun.org.uk/bramhall/results/latestresults. But this week was exceptional for the number of WRC runners and also a fantastic time by Malcolm – despite mine and Stuarts regular efforts this was the fastest run by a vet since the course revision in April 2010.
I provided a thoughtful pacing service on the first lap and when Malcolm overtook me at the top of the hill on the second lap I thought I'd probably catch him by the pond. But Malcolm had other ideas and despite crowds of geese and tailenders charged away to complete a faster second lap and go to 7th on the all time age graded league.
Janine is WRC runner of the month and duly delivered a Bramhall PB as did Andy Whittingham and the in form Paul.
