You are not allowed to wear a watch in this 10k and have to predict your finishing time. I was 7 seconds outside my predicted time, followed by Angela (19 seconds) and Martin (24 seconds). The race started at The Miners Arms with the first half mile on road, followed by alternating Macclesfield canal tow path and the Middle Wood Way. Matthew Taylor ran but is not listed in the results because he stopped to help a runner who had collapsed (I understand he is ok now). Phil Matthews and Paul N also stopped. That aside, it was an interesting race not wearing a watch.
