Winter Enthusiasts League.
I had every intention of running Wilmslow parkrun on the 19th of December but the stress of the evening prior got to me.
However we had a record turnout, 13 runners in all and many marshalling. Paul and Peter finished 1st and 2nd followed by Tom and Steve, Wilmslow parkrun debuts for Tim, Qes and nice to see Judith running with Huma and Patrick getting PB’s.
Another good turnout at the SMAC Xmas Cracker, beautiful running day. Perhaps a report from one of the participants to follow ??!!
Tony with 294 points and Nicky 285 head the table both making three appearances, followed by Chris and Tim on 196 points, Steve 195 and Carolyn 194 all making two appearances to date.
Next race is Bowstones on the 31st Jan, followed the day after by a double Lyme parkrun 9.00am Marple parkrun 10.30am and Jan 3rd Hit the Trail 5 Stockport 11.00am.
Keep on running… a plenty over the Xmas break.
