Runners further and wider, perhaps the furthest ever, Angie running down under in Brisbane along with 409 other parkrunners finishing well up the field. Hope you had your WRC vest on Angie.
Rob winning, again, at Bramhall, Jonathon down south at Finsbury park finishing 3rd, Christian, Steve and Trevor Morris running solo at South Manc, Lyme Pk and Wythenshawe, Trev must have got lost at Withy Park or ran sweeper. Good turnout at Wilmslow with Peter and Paul finishing 1st and 2nd.
I ran at Congleton with Carolyn, first time with pacers, my intention was to tag onto the 22 minute pacer, my plan fell at the first hurdle, the start was so congested it took me the first lap to pass the 25 minute pacer. Carolyn making steady progress and could have finished well under 26 mins had it not been for the congestion, it took over 10 seconds to pass the start line.
