RNW Quarry Bank Trail 10k – 23rd May 2022

Twenty-Two scoundrels skipped training last night to run in the woods.

The RunNorthWest Quarry Bank Trail is now 10K!  As Path improvement works meant they had permission to add a one-mile loop flat section to extend the course and the new section is flat!

It was nice to see the winner giving the guys on the start line a few seconds start before overtaking them to win!

At the start Goliath turns around holding his head looking for Samson!

On to the race itself. Barry – I like hills -was our first club member home in 4^th. Frankie first club lady home.

Charlie and Mrs B made their club debuts?  Zoe back racing.
