The Lets Run Rhyl 10 Mile set in the seaside town of Rhyl along the North Wales coast also hosted the North Wales 10 mile Championships and the inter counties 10 Mile Series.
Claire turned out for Cheshire. It was hyped as a fast course. And boy did she do well – first Lady home!

A fantastic run by Claire. The Cheshire Ladies won the team event as well. In the 5 mile race Philippa Whittingham, Andrew’s wife, was 1st lady overall. A good day out for Wilmslow and Cheshire!
