The Podium 5k which includes the British Masters Championships was held in Pendle 7th November. You may remember Peter Speake ran this course in August and had a fabulous result: 1st MV45 with a time of 15:07.
Well On Sunday we had another 2 runners at the track.
Richard Coen.
He finished 7th Male and 4th Vet 40. His time of 15:26 was only 2 seconds off his PB set 2 years ago in 2019.
The other club member running was Claire Clancy. Her time of 17:27 was 2 seconds quicker than her PB set at Sale Sizzler in June. She was second lady home and first WV35.
