Apologies – this post is a day late it sat in drafts!!

The run North West Knutsford 10k took place this Sunday. And we had a fair number of runners out running.

A nice course: The race starts within the grounds of Barclays Radbroke Technology Centre, then heads out onto the country lanes of Over Peover, Snelson and Peover Heath, before returning to the Barclays Radbroke campus. The race is ran on beautiful country lanes, all fully closed to traffic. RNW we believed this will prove to be one of the fastest 10K races in the North West, with only 77ft of elevation across the entire course. The course overall is super flat with a modest incline at around 2K but then the course drifts down hill from 6K-8K. The rest is pancake flat.

Well  Graham would agree he got a PB.
