A lot of members either trained or ran the Quarry Bank 10k on Tuesday. But that didn’t stop thirty-ive club members competing at the Dunham Massey 5k this Thursday.
It will be interesting to compare which route is fastest when the return ‘reverse’ race is run June 8th..

Excellent times with some 27 members under 23 minutes. Special mention must be made of Andy Watts 22:03. As a fellow MV70 I can only watch in awe of his performances. Also, Richard and Barry at the sharp end, plus a great run by Nic Reece to be 1st Lady overall.
