It’s over for another year. But don’t forget the the League Presentation is on Friday 5th May At Wilmslow Rugby Club.
What can be said? Well the Ladies did ever so well. Some great results.
In the Senior Ladies Sale were out front and worthy Champions winning at all the events [40 points]. We were pipped by Chorlton [35 points] by 1 point into 3rd position. If Heaton Park result had gone the other way and we had finished second on Saturday!! A story of ‘If only’! Next year? Let’s see what happens.
In the ladies veteran league – we were Champions 🙂 with 39 points. Sale [37] and Chorlton [32] were second and third. Our ladies ‘B’ team was second in the Vets B league with 37 points – 1 behind Sale!
For the men. It is a challenge for us. But one we gladly take on. In the seniors division 1 we kept outside the bottom2. In the Vets division 1 we were midway, tied with Macclesfield – but were behind them on count back.
