Sale Sizzler 5K series Race #3 – 28th July 2022
A few runners chose the Sale Sizzler instead of Rudyard last night. Three out of the 9 who had entered ran.
Richard finished 7th. Paul pipped Colin who PB’d with a time 3 seconds quicker than his first Sizzler time.
Richard equalled his Mid Cheshire time. Paul had his Seasons Best.
