Today [Tuesday]. Training at club
Weather permitting, we are on the trail on Tuesday.
Nick will inspect the trail and if unsuitable due to the current weather, we will move to the 650 circuit, which is only some 400 metres from the Club.
The session can be almost replicated on the 650 circuit..
Shorter faster reps to activate fast twitch muscle fibres at the start…similarly at the end as stride outs.
Then a combination of 1ks (classic VO2 max distance), and 400s…speed endurance.

Today [Tuesday] Committee Meeting

Maurice Minns funeral. November 1oth.
As you may be aware our dad, Maurice, sadly passed away on the 21st October.
The funeral of Maurice Minns is to be held on Wednesday 10th November at Macclesfield crematorium SK10 3LY at 10am and the wake is to be held at the Farmers Arms Wilmslow SK9 5JH.
The wake is a private function so could everyone please enter the Farmers Arms at the rear entrance.
The family request no flowers but would like donations to be made to Cancer research.
