We all know a lot about this week. It ended with the Wilmslow Running Festival.
A lot of you and your family helped out on Saturday with the bag packing. Sunday saw members and friends and Family helping out with administration, parking, pacing, desk and baggage management, litter picking and goodness knows how many other roles were manned. It takes such a lot of effort and we could have done with a few more people to help! Oh well! It’s not long until we host the 2022 event. March 20th 2022. Just over 181 days to go as I type this article. The Male and female Half Marathon runners were both from Leeds; and the 10k winners were from Bolton!!
We had a good number of pacers out – thank you and to Rob who organised it. Some flag bearing, who might have had sore shoulders Sunday Evening.
Wilmslow runners results will be put on the website in the next day or so.
That same day Colin ran the Great North run for the umpteenth time. It was an entirely new course layout and experience which he enjoyed!
