An opportunity exists to become more involved in the operation of the club by fulfilling the role of Ladies’ Captain.
Broadly speaking, the role’s purpose is to provide leadership and support to ladies’ teams, to promote participation in races the club wishes to focus on, and to report back to the club on team and individual achievements. You would be a member of the club committee and be expected to attend committee meetings and the AGM. In normal times committee meetings (approximately 1 hour) are held four times a year after Tuesday training.
