CLUB TUESDAY TRAINING
Well done all on your commitment to Tuesday training…Its worked well…thank you to our LIRFs for managing so capably.
Over the next few weeks, we will need to review, and with a winter plan…Return to the track etc.
CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Nick have been co-opted onto a small UKA working party to try to manage a return to winter XC racing. We had our first “virtual meeting” this morning. There are many challenges that we have to overcome, but our plan is to try to offer some kind of season…More to follow.
SATURDAY SESSION
Nick floated the idea of a separate Saturday interval session…To date only Richard Harrison has responded…We have done this before…Some 12 months ago at Poynton Pool. Numbers likely to be restricted…Please let Nick know if you are interested.
Mid Cheshire 5k.
Good luck to Richard Coen & Dan Bundred…Our two runners tonight in the lightning quick Mid Cheshire 5k. Spectators not allowed but the race is being streamed? Not sure of the details though!
There will be two graded races. Sub 16.30 runners at 7.00pm and 16.30 plus runners at 7.30pm.
