A gentle run is all you need
To keep the highs on a constant feed
It clears our head, it clears our mind
We all agree, running never is a bind
Initial doubts are consigned to the bin
The feelgood factor means “not today” really is a sin
Wind or rain, its never in doubt
The fun and joys of getting out and about
So don your kit and lace up your shoes
Running will soon banish any of your blues!
