Well we have had some hot days this week. Amazingly rain this morning!
Mick found it a little too hot visiting the airport perimeter. Some people trained at Poynton Park on Tuesday.
GrahamD waltzed a Bolling 10k to celebrate his daughter’s results. Think somebody should have said the club run this week was from Bollington!!!
A number of our club runners followed Amanda up and around the hills in Bollington for a scenic Thursday night outing.
Tracy unfortunately was pad-locked to the cooker -cooking for her boys. Nic managed to turn her ankle.
Tim chose to walk and focus on wildlife photography around Newlands! The sheep were a little embarrassed at having their photo taken. Tracy was back to walking with the occasional run.
Jan persevering with her injury was as usual cycling and running – with the occasional dip into open water to cool down. On other rehabs: Jarrod managed a couple of 5ks as well as swimming and cycling around Abersoch. Emmy cycling and a 5k run. Laura has continued her rehab running with Col, swimming in the open air and the odd 128k ride to Chester! I have managed 5 mini hobbles after 2 weeks of a very sore leg. A couple of different stretches to do as well.
Currently with 1 day to go. Richard leads Dan, Nick and Markus on the WRC Strava league..
Matt chose Bridlington to cycle and run. Robin chose Sainte Maxime!!
IanR has put in a couple of runs. RichardC has been repping and running locally.#

RobD was still running around the North East spotting wildlife: curlews, golden plovers and even one rare Pacific golden plover. Also Oystercatchers, curlews, whimbrel, redshanks and a shag! There’s no stopping him.
