Hi! I am so proud of your efforts. See end of article 🙂
The match began on Saturday 20th June and you can register, run and submit your times from then up until 8p.m. on 28th June.
Geared on by Andrew this morning with his appeal:

Dear Wilmslow RC
This is an appeal for every member to go out today and tomorrow and post a 5K time for the mob match v Bollington Harriers!! Any run even at recovery pace will massively help we just need everyone to post!!
Despite having most of the top positions on the leader board, the only way to win this is to have the most runners post a time, even if you jog around each person who submits makes a huge difference and we would pip Bollington at the post!!
It’s really easy, it’s free, just register then submit your time under timing. You dont need evidence it’s just on a trust basis so you can just submit your time of any run this weekend that you know is 5K.

Thanks all!

I can see You have been putting in fabulous times.
There is time to enter and to run if you have registered but not submitted a time. we are still out numbered 57 to 116. And results wise 43 v 78. So we could do with another 20 times or so!
Hopefully Emily, James, Gareth, Elspeth, Andy, Damian, Frankie, Mark, Adrian, Trevor, Sue and Peter may yet run. But this could be closest to the biggest upset in racing – where the outnumbered steal it at the death.
As of 2Pm WRC 3845 v BH 7381.
And 18 out of the first 20!!!! Fabulous guys!!
But everytime a BH runs there is a net gain of 35 due to their numbers. So the more we have the less the net gain is.
oh DAMN SCORING ERROR.
LEAD NOW IS ONLY 66!!
Don’t forget me Patrick. Just run and posted result.
great 🙂
