Hi all, hope every one is enjoying this super weather! Missing everyone just a quick reminder I am still doing my workouts on zoom this week if anyone wanted to join I’ve had the Tracy, Nic, Laura Fairhurst and Nicky M joining me
Monday is full body conditioning (body weight) 10:30am
Tuesday upper body 10:30am (weights if you have them)
Tuesday 3pm core
Wednesday lower body 10:30am (weights)
Thursday 8:30am body weight HIIT
All sessions are 30-40 mins let me know if you want to join in or equally the zoom links are up in the WRC website!
