Mesocycle is an eight week block of training.

Microcycle is the daily schedule that builds the blocks

These standard programmes make up the daily schedule

Perhaps the most important update will be the mental side. To follow.

How we approach our running during this unprecedented time, will determine the runners that we become when we get back to normal…Keep that in mind! 🙂
