In addition to the exercises which commenced last week and which will be published four weekly. I will also publish some stretches, again curtesy of Carolyn, for you to also do, every four weeks starting in February.
The exercises concentrate on your core strength and stability and this can be further be assisted with a complementary stretch. As you know good posture and body control helps you to run efficiently and helps to avoid injuries. You can continue this the exercise regime, but if you want something in addition, then we’re going to sit up and stretch!
