Now start as you mean to achieve your goal – 2020 build up your fitness and core

Hope you all had a good weekend , and that those who ran achieved their goals. And that those who trained for your upcoming event/marathon managed to get out and do the business.

Now you have seen this months exercise to commence build up you core. I thought I’d give you this [see below] to help focus you. 🙂

For those that find it easy , you can up the times towards what will be a good goal – 6, 7 , 8 minutes?
