For those who like to plan ahead some dates and venues for Cross Country.
The Cheshire Athletic Association annual Cross Country Championships will be held at Knights Grange, Winsford on the 4th of January. Ladies go [3 laps = 8000 metres] at 13:00; and the men at 13:50 [4 laps = 10500 metres].
There is a Greater Manchester one too at Boggart Hole Clough on the 14th of December. The day after he Xmas Party!!
