Sunday 7th July. First man Charlie Hulson Liverpool harriers in 30.27 [Chip] / 30:29 [Gun]. First Lady: Carla Davies, Salford Harriers, in 36:04/36:09.

First Wilmslow man: Richard [first M40] and Lady: Claire. Some good category places too: Trevor, Paul, Louisa and Tracy all second in their categories. Peter 3rd M40
