Well not really because the Series includes two parkrun events, one the most popular courses (Wilmslow, Bramhall, Congleton, Lyme Park), the other for the enthusiasts (Burnage, Wythenshawe, Stretford, Sale Water). As Elspeth’s February report shows Richard had completed all of the ‘popular’ courses and Colin and Ian all of the ‘enthusiasts’ courses. All three also ran Radcliffe, so they currently stand on the podium. As Ian came last at Radcliffe, it seems unlikely they will retain such grandeur.

You’ve probably read Jan’s email. We have a double-header on Sunday September 2nd. as a result of the postponement of Trafford. The Grand Prix race, the South Cheshire 20, will take priority for points with the first at Trafford being position behind the last in the 20-miler. This is to encourage as many as possible of our top runners to compete for the club in the Grand Prix.
