parkrun4 – competition update

The Summer Series may be completed but parkrun4 continues until the end of December.

Roy’s fight-back to fitness, he was at Wilmslow this week, is not proving easy but he retains his first place.

Ian Smallwood was also at Wilmslow he remains third, behind Simon.

Stephen, at Lyme Park, and John, at Wilmslow were also not able to improve their scores.

Anyone wanting to participate please email Ian for individual targets for each of the 8 courses. You need to run at four different courses before the end of December.

The winner will be the person with the lowest 4th. best percentage.

 

A score of 101% means 1% slower than target, a score of 98% means 2% faster.

 

parkruns are dependent upon volunteers, let’s ensure we make an appropriate contribution.
