Roy is into the long, slow process of regaining fitness after his second retina operation of the year. He was at Burnage and retains his first place.
Simon, Sharon and Ian Smallwood, both at Bramhall, Catriona, Catherine and Chris hold station in 2nd. to 7th.
Stephen and Ian Ashcroft, at Lyme Park, did not, as they say in cricket, trouble the scorer. Difficult to blame the conditions with Malcolm finishing 3rd. in a good, if not his best, time. Stephen, at least, had the excuse of having cycled there.
Peter was the winner at Wilmslow, Trevor finished third but was not able to improve on his best time.
Matt, also at Wilmslow, finished just ahead of Rob with James and Graham not far behind. Matt moves up to 10th., behind Christian.
Tim is loyal to Congleton, his times, after his layoff, are steadily coming back
