This ever popular League kicks off again at Heaton Park…Saturday 14th OCTOBER.
Your Team Captains, Andrew Whittingham & Janine Ellis have submitted entries based on those that ran regularly last year, and those new members that have expressed an interest in running…Its great fun and a staple of many athletes winter training.

Please contact Andrew or Janine if you intend running or to check that you are entered. We are able to enter additional and/or new runners up until 5.30pm on the Thursday prior to each race. These should be through your captains and with League Secretary Brenda Bradshaw by the deadline stated.
Please don’t turn up and expect to enter!!

Can I recommend that all those wanting to take part do check with the Team Captains that they are included in the entries.
