Tony, this week at Wythenshawe, tops the table as he has done for 21 of the 22 weeks. 4 weeks to go.
Trevor, chaperoning his daughter at Burnage, has lost second place to Mark, who was improving his Lyme Park time.
Nicky’s time at Burnage takes her above John, who was 22 seconds behind her.
Ian, also at Burnage, and Jan, at Wilmslow, will doubtless blame a week’s cycling, rather than over-eating, for failing to improve their scores.
None of the six below them were in action and Chris and Carolyn had gone to Burnage for a quiet jog and a bacon barm, not to set records.
The winner will be the runner with the lowest 4th. best score.
