parkrun4 competition – updated May 6

Tony under pressure but retains his lead.

This first competition runs until the end of June. It’s not too late to get involved, email Ian for personal targets. You will need to have run at four different parkruns during the first six months of this year.

Trevor, at Stretford, moved into second place. Mark, at South Manchester, is up to third.

John slips to fourth and Patrick, despite his effort at Burnage, to fifth.

Jan, at Stretford, is seventh.

Andrew, at Bramhall, moves up to twelfth.

The winner will be the runner with the lowest 4th. best score.

A score of 99% means you ran 1% faster than target, 102% means you ran 2% slower than target. Targets are based upon your best times in 2016.

You can run each course as often as you like, it is your best time that counts.
