A score of 99% means you ran 1% faster than your target. A score of 102% means you ran 2% slower than your target. Your targets are based upon your best times in 2016.

John improved his score at Wythenshawe this Saturday but not by enough to dislodge Tony, who was at South Manchester, whilst Trevor, at Stretford, moved-up to third. Patrick’s run at Bramhall took him above Catherine and Sharon.
