Not surprisingly with a summer series race taking place in the afternoon with at least a 90 minute drive I wasn’t expecting to see many WRC members at the various parkruns.
Both Andy and Doc Matt ran at Congleton but couldn’t improve on their best times, Matt finishing just ahead of the first Lady finisher. James Gorwin finished in 23.27 a new name on the table coming on just ahead of Cat. No takers at South Manc.
Steve headed for Lyme Park but couldn’t improve on his best time, I should imagine Lyme park will get tougher as Autumn and wet weather draws on, however good weather forecast for this weekend may tempt a few.
parkrun ‘Age Graded Comp’ at Woodbank Park.
