Barry took Lyme Park by the scruff of the neck and well and truly throttled it, straight to the top of the Trail 5k table winning in 18.41…Jarrod picked Lyme Park for his first ever parkrun finishing 7th in 21.46 and coming onto the table just behind Sharon. Jarrod, Lyme Park is a tough one.
Normal service resumed at South Manchester, Huma was back finishing in 22.07 but not improving on her position. Christian was back with yet another PB 20.22 and leap frogging Louisa and Ian in the table. Andrew Whittingham had a great run finishing 7th in 17.55 but not improving on his position.
We had 3 runners at Congleton, Tony 22.30, Gail 25.40 and Belinda 28.46, none improving on there current positions. Interestingly Belinda can't quite bring her form from Bramhall to Congleton where she regularly runs a sub 27.30.

And, onto Wythenshawe Park for July … Not sure if the cafe at the park is still open but there is a very good one in Gatley village on the way home.
