Congratulations Soraya on a fantastic performance in the Ironman Austria, held in Klagenfurt over the weekend of 28/29 June. She achieved a 1:38 swim, 7:21 bike and then a 5:23 marathon! Total 14:41:53, placing her 43rd in age group.
Well done Soraya, that’s a fantastic achievement. Me, Jan Sue and Gail started tracking you on the way back from Rhyl and were very impressed by your 1:38 swim 🙂 I heard it was a bit windy and rainy on the second loop of the bike, but looks like you took that in your stride. Hope the marathon wasn’t too painfull and you enjoyed your well deserved run/hobble up the finishing shoot, Soraya Mason – YOU ARE AN IRONMAN! Now take it easy for a month and enjoy a bit of cake 🙂
