Don
As predicted by the Daily Mail on 30th April 2013. Britain has been suffering a devastating drought throughout the month of May.

With the weather so hot and dry there was concern with how the runners would cope. I must have been hallucinating badly as I marked out the course because I felt as though I was in the middle of a torrential downpour and was getting soaked to the skin. The Daily Express is never wrong and the devastating drought must have been affecting me!
Thankfully no runners suffered heatstroke and with each finisher receiving a free technical T shirt (available in a lovely shade of pink!) a good time was had by all!
Malcom,
Thanks for organising another great race. Perfect conditions and not too cold even though the thermometer was on 4 degrees.
