Nina’s ability to smash PBs is shining through.
She escorted her friend Lyndsey round her first parkrun last week with a time of 47.58, this week Nina got Lyndsey round in a time of 47.17.
Looking forward to Saturday when a dip into the 46 minute area is widely expected.
Very kind Martin! Unfortunately Lindsey can’t run this week, but she should be back the week after for another PB, definitly going for sub 47!!
It’s actually quite nice have a bimble round at 9am, instead of racing at full pelt!
