I think that it is worthy of comment that Chris Cannon completed 3 runs at the weekend: Wythenshawe park run Saturday morning followed by Lymm 5k in the afternoon (trying to emulate Mark Bale’s recent success!), rounding the weekend off with the Langley Fete fell race on Sunday afternoon! Way to go Chris!! Just as well he wasn’t able to be at training last night… it may have finished him off.
