Sunday October 2 Scorching runs from Tom, 1st.M55, and Andy,2nd.M60, in the Marathon. The course contains no major climbs but is undulating, is partly off-road and contains a section, round the lake, on sand. Very picturesque but 29o is not what you want. Yet both were close to the club…
Training Day -16 October
Tony is organising another training day, on Sunday 16th October. Expect a tough but very rewarding day. A bus will leave from the Rugby Club first thing on the Sunday, and will return around 5pm. If interested please call or e-mail Tony.
