The manager of Sutton Leisure Centre has advised they have a dog show on and the Centre car park is expected to be full, he says they cannot accommodate athletes too. He does not want runners using the toilet facilities as last year they were left in a particularly dirty state. He says he will have to charge anyone that comes in. The gate between the leisure centre and the park will not be open.
We are therefore asked not to use the Leisure Centre car park and toilets. There are car parks off Elton Head Road B5204 and Marshalls Cross Road A569 and if necessary at Lea Green Station n Elton Head Road. All of these leave only a short walk into the park. There are limited toilet facilities in the park located in Pets Corner.
