Summer Series and Training Day

Another season draws to a close. Those of you who have supported this years series will have benefited from the varied nature, terrain, distances, and locations, designed to stretch your abilities and widen your horizons, both as a competitive fun event and also as an addition to your training regime.

Working in conjunction with your Tuesday night training, the varied nature of the series should help to plug any chinks in your armour, and help to make you a competitive performer no matter what's thrown at you.

Congratulations to everyone.  By turning up en masse you create your own atmosphere, making it an enjoyable experience (hopefully). T-shirts and mugs will be sorted as soon as possible, medals for the first three men and ladies to be awarded in the next few weeks. Also, an engraved glass to those who have completed all races in the series.

I already have a number of new races lined up for 2012, the Cheshire RR grand prix could preclude a few. All dates should be available around Christmas.

Thanks to Ian for the reports, and Don for the scoring.Training Day

I'm hoping to have a training half day , suitable for all members on Nov 27th , It will be local so travelling will not be a major time user.
Please let me know before Nov 10th if you are interested.
