Defending champion, Tom, has won seven races. Malcolm has won six. If Malcolm were to win the final race of the Series, then they would tie on seven wins. Both would also have 59 points for their eighth race. Interesting!
There are no changes in the top then placings.
Christine overtakes Patrick (all the best for the Liverpool Marathon) for 11th.
Peter Watson overtakes Andrew Whittingham, Ian Ashcroft and Kate for 15th.
Ian Smallwood, completing his seven, comes-in at 23rd. and Barry Archbold at 30th.
Steve Russell goes above Jon and Chris for 31st.
Sharon (is she also at Liverpool?) overtakes Gareth (doing the Chester Marathon) and Trevor for 37th.
Jarrod overtakes Huma, Roy and Andy Dodd (another Liverpudlian? but suffering with a cold) for 40th.
Owen goes ahead of Don for 48th.
Elspeth and Martin come-in at 56th. and 57th.
Ian
Yes Ian, I am indeed doing Liverpool, along with Patrick and the Doddster!! I’m going round with my boss who’s aim is to break five hours, although I’m thinking 5 and a half realistically, seeing what he’s been eating this week! So I’ll not be looking for a PB this time! Manchester next April, now that’s another story……
