Great Warford 10 mile
Michael Aldridge of Wotton Road Runners won the race in 54:19. Tom, Mick and Ray, on an age adjusted basis, all beat this time.
It was Tom's seventh win in eight races, he is not absolutely certain of retaining his title, Damian, who has three wins could overhaul him but it is no longer possible for Mick, who has two wins from six races to finish top.
