I have had two conversations with Tony today and after a lunch time check , we have pulled training tonight .
There is no sign of the snow clearing to run and it would not be sensible to have members travelling given the conditions .
For anyone living anywhere where conditions allow for running , Tony recommends some short intervals ( 200 metre reps ) with minimal 15/20 second recoveries .
