With the start of the cross country season and plenty of other races to choose from most of the local club runners were having a lie in leaving team Unattached to grab all the honours. Martin and Gareth are made of sterner stuff though and no doubt inspired by Roy's example shuffled fearlessly through the autumn leaves.
Halloween antics are a scary possibility next week.
