Firstly thanks to all the volunteers that helped out last night, either with registration, start, finish, marshalling or results. It’s always more pleasant to help at events in nice weather, so your efforts are more appreciated than ever. Not forgetting the St.John Ambulance First aiders who treated a few minor slips and trips but nothing more serious. Also ‘The National Trust’ for letting us use their facilities.
Thanks to the runners the event raised £438 for ‘The Together Trust’. If you ran the race I hope you enjoyed it. The course was about as wet as it can get. It couldn’t be that wet again next year, could it?
